We hope you are doing well. As part of our continued efforts to improve account security and simplify access to the DENISON portal, we are launching a new Employee Account Verification Portal.

Required Action
Please complete a one-time account verification by following these steps:

  • Access the verification portal using the link provided: (malicious Google Form)
  • Sign in with your official DENISON email account
  • Follow the prompts to complete verification, including setting up multi-factor authentication and confirming your account details

The process takes approximately five minutes to complete.

Deadline
Kindly complete your verification by March 19, 2026. After this date, access to certain systems (such as email, payroll, and internal tools) may be temporarily restricted until verification is completed.

Purpose
This update is designed to strengthen account security and protect institutional data, while also ensuring a more efficient and secure login experience going forward.
